Utility Billing Department
The mission of the Utility Department is to provide billing and inquiry services of the highest quality to the residents of Union in an efficient and progressive manner. We are committed to providing these services with integrity, honesty, fairness, and a dedication to excellence while complying with all utility billing laws and standards.
Meter readings are conducted monthly by Public Works employees; the reads are entered into our database and calculated, and bills are printed and mailed. The department is also the point of contact for billing inquiries and for residents establishing a new account or closing out an account from a vacated property.
Inquiries can be made by calling City Hall at (541) 562-5197.
